Simon is a town planner and socio-economic planner with extensive experience working on a variety of infrastructure, development and environmental management projects.

Planning services

Simon provides professional expertise including:

• environmental impact statements
• statements of environmental effects
• planning proposals
• review of environmental factors.

Simon also specialises in preparing social and economic impact assessments for a wide range of projects, including agricultural, residential land release and urban mixed-use developments.

Simon’s extensive experience in consulting and local government gives him a good understanding of developer, council, State agency and community expectations as well as stakeholder-consultation facilitation and project management.

Simon is a corporate member of the Planning Institute of Australia (MPIA) and a member of the Urban Development Institute and a Certified Practicing Planner (CPP).

Simon is a Director at GeoLINK and manages the Coffs Harbour office.
