Bachelor of Urban and Environmental Planning (Hons)

Jacob is the Branch Manager Mid North Coast, based in our Coffs Harbour office. He is an experienced urban and environmental planner, providing professional advice and town planning services for projects within the public and private sectors.

Jacob specialises in statutory planning and development/environmental assessment.
This includes:

• due diligence
• town planning approvals and pre-application advice
• reviews of environmental factors
• statements of environmental effects
• environmental impact statements
• preparation of development applications
• large/complex multidisciplinary projects.

He is experienced in road infrastructure, agricultural, industrial, social/public infrastructure (including hospitals) and residential projects, working for both public and private clients.

Jacob is a member of the Planning Institute of Australia, being a Registered Planner and Environmental Assessment Practitioner (REAP).
