Graduate Diploma of Urban and Regional Planning, Queensland University of Technology; Bachelor of Built Environment (Urban and Regional Planning), Queensland University of Technology.

Megan has experience as a Town Planner both in the public and private sectors. Her extensive knowledge extends to strategic planning, legislation review, legislation drafting and master planning.

Megan plays a key role in assessments and obtaining approvals for various development projects. Her expertise includes projects for the healthcare, land development and education sectors. Past projects have included:

• Planning approvals advice and due diligence
• Project management, coordination and preparation of development applications, and supporting assessments
• Preparation of Environmental Impact Assessments (Reviews of Environmental Factors; Statements of Environmental Effects; Environmental Impact Statements)
• Preparation of planning and development feasibility studies

Experienced working within large multidisciplinary teams Megan helps drive the team to achieve milestones through effective time management, key task prioritisation and client communication.

Megan is based in our Lennox Head office.
